I brought my sister, who is a slow learner and can’t read or write, to this optical shop. Mr. Goh, the optometrist, was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding throughout the process. He took the time to access her condition thoroughly, communicate with her and made sure the glasses fit her needs perfectly. I’m truly touched by his kindness and professionalism.
